Cancellation Policy

To respect my time and accommodate all guests, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours (2 days) notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 15-minute grace period is provided; however, arriving more than 15 minutes late may require shortening or rescheduling your service, and a cancellation fee may apply.

Guests who arrive late more than three times will be required to place a non-refundable deposit when booking future appointments. The deposit will be applied toward the cost of the service.
